We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's parse the posting. Content: - "Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving 50+ miles from their current residence." So relocation assistance info. - "Schedule: FT/Nights | Three 12hr shifts (7-7) per week with rotating weekends" - "Join Baylor University Medical Center (aka BUMC) as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better!" (intro) - Then description about Baylor University Medical Center: history, size, rankings, Magnet, etc. - "We welcome applicants who will serve faithfully, act honestly, never settle, and recognize that we are in it together to deliver world-class healthcare." - Then "Why Baylor Scott & White Health" paragraph. - Then "Ortho Opportunities" describing Surgical Inpatient units, patient population, ratios, beds, unit selling points, etc. - Then "Baylor Scott & White Health Registered Nurses Enjoy Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program rewarding nurses for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes. Attractive Relocation Assistance for full-time candidates. Excellent benefits including a generous 401(k) program with company match, vacation, and paid time off (PTO), tuition assistance, immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits and wellness programs to keep you and your family healthy. (Note: benefits may vary based on position type and/or level). A strong shared governance model featuring unit-based councils that empower nurses and improve patient outcomes. Access to more than 4,000 hours of online continuing education for professional development. A strong system Nurse Practice Council that uses autonomy, authority, and accountability in collaboration with transformational nursing leadership to drive nursing practice throughout Baylor Scott & White Health. A spirit of inquiry and innovation that promotes Evidence-based practice, research, and innovations in nursing practice. A healthy work environment and culture of safety using inter-professional collaboration and professional competencies to meet the needs of patients to provide safe passage and quality outcomes at every encounter." - Then "Benefits Our benefits are designed to help you live well no matter where you are on your journey. For full details on coverage and eligibility, visit the Baylor Scott & White Benefits Hub to explore our offerings, which may include: Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits 401 (k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% Tuition Reimbursement PTO accrual beginning Day 1 Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level" - Then "Belonging Statement We believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued, and supported." - Then "Qualifications Grad of an Accredited (Nursing) Program RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire/transfer 1yr true, recent (hospital) Med/Surg/Tele RN experience" We need to decide sections. We have content about "About the role" maybe the intro and description of role? The posting includes "Join Baylor University Medical Center (aka BUMC) as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better!" plus description of the unit (Ortho Opportunities). Could treat that as "About the role" or "Responsibilities". There's no explicit responsibilities list, but we have description of unit, patient population, etc. Could treat as "About the role". Also we have "Qualifications" section clearly. We have "Benefits" section with details. We have "Schedule" given: FT/Nights | Three 12hr shifts (7-7) per week with rotating weekends. We have "Pay" mentioned: Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program rewarding nurses for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes. Also mention "Attractive Relocation Assistance for full-time candidates." That's more benefits/relocation. We have "Relocation Assistance" mentioned earlier. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need actual content. Let's extract: - About the role: Could include the introductory paragraph about joining BUMC as RN, description of Baylor University Medical Center, Ortho Opportunities details (patient population, ratios, beds, unit selling points). That seems substantive. - Responsibilities: Not explicitly listed; we could infer from description but maybe better to not create a Responsibilities section if no explicit list. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". Since there is no explicit responsibilities list, we should omit Responsibilities. - Requirements: Could be similar to Qualifications? Usually Requirements separate. But we have Qualifications section. Could treat Requirements as same? But we have Qualifications explicitly. Might combine? Safer to include Qualifications only, and maybe not Requirements. - Skills: Not listed explicitly. Could infer but not explicit. Better omit. - Benefits: We have detailed benefits: immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, 401(k) match up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual day 1, wellness programs, etc. Also relocation assistance. So Benefits section. - Pay: We have "Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program rewarding nurses for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes." That's specific enough? It mentions RN Bonus Program. Could be considered Pay section. Also "Attractive Relocation Assistance for full-time candidates." That's more benefits but could be under Pay? Probably better to include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: We have schedule details. Thus sections: About the role, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Qualifications. Check if any other sections like "Relocation Assistance" could be under Benefits or Pay. We'll keep relocation assistance under Benefits (since it's a benefit). Or could be under Pay? Usually relocation assistance is a benefit. We'll include in Benefits. Now need to format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting didn't have explicit application instructions but we should remove any like "Apply now" etc. Not present. We need to deduplicate repeated lines: The relocation assistance appears twice: first line "Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving 50+ miles from their current residence." We'll combine into one statement. Also benefits appear in two places: first paragraph about benefits and later "Benefits Our benefits are designed..." We'll combine. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "Note: benefits may vary based on position type and/or level". That's substantive? It's a note about variability; it's still information. We can keep it. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Join Baylor University Medical Center (aka BUMC) as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! Baylor University Medical Center (Baylor Dallas), part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is a major patient care, teaching and research center located in Dallas, Texas. Established in 1903, the hospital opened with 25 beds and has grown to 914 licensed beds, cares for more than 300,000 people each year and serves as the North Texas flagship hospital of Baylor Scott & White Health. We are home to more than 20 medical specialty centers, many of which are ranked among the top 50 programs in the United States. In 2018, Baylor Dallas achieved its fourth consecutive accreditation in the Magnet Recognition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). For more information about Baylor University Medical Center, visit BSWHealth.com/Dallas. We welcome applicants who will serve faithfully, act honestly, never settle, and recognize that we are in it together to deliver world-class healthcare.

Ortho Opportunities: Our Surgical Inpatient units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Patient Population: Ortho patients from PACU, ICU, ED, and direct admits; Total Joint Replacement, Ortho-Oncology, Ortho-Trauma, Advanced Joint Revisions, Limb Salvage/Re-attachment, and Spinal procedures. Patient Ratios: 1:4-5. Number of Beds: 40. Unit Selling Points: Ranked 47th in the nation for the Total Joint Replacement according to US News & World Report; Advanced certification unit; Some patients come from all over the country for the Ortho physicians they have; Teamwork environment; Able to learn multiple diagnosis; Able to learn multitude of Ortho diagnosis; Great Ortho team of physicians that love to teach; Advanced Total Hip & Total Knee Replacement Certification through TJC; Dedicated Nurse Practitioners, Orthopedic Residents, and Therapy Team; Flexible self-scheduling process to support life-work balance and staff scheduling committee for autonomy and collaboration; Mobility Training with Physical Therapy tailored to Orthopedic patients.

But we need to avoid duplication and keep it concise but preserve all substantive info. The above includes a lot; we must keep all details. It's okay. Now Benefits section:

    Benefits

    • Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program rewarding nurses for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
    • Attractive relocation assistance for full-time candidates (available for candidates moving 50+ miles from current residence).
    • Excellent benefits including a generous 401(k) program with company match, vacation, and paid time off (PTO).
    • Tuition assistance.
    • Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits.
    • Wellness programs to keep you and your family healthy.
    • 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%.
    • Tuition reimbursement.
    • PTO accrual beginning Day 1.
    • Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level.
But we have duplication: "Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program..." appears also in Pay section maybe. We'll decide to put that under Pay, not Benefits. Let's separate. Pay section: Competitive pay including RN Bonus Program. Benefits: relocation assistance, 401(k) match, vacation, PTO, tuition assistance, immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, wellness programs, 401(k) match up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual day 1, note about variability. We need to avoid duplication: we have both "generous 401(k) program with company match" and "401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%". They are similar but we can keep both as they are slightly different phrasing; but to avoid duplication we could combine: "401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%". The earlier "generous 401(k) program with company match" is vague; we can keep the more specific. Let
