Requirements
Experience in software development, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in relevant technologies and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field are preferred.
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development. Previous experience in a managerial role is highly desirable.
Skills
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in project management tools are required.
