Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document and report changes in patient conditions, including infections, skin conditions, and weight fluctuations.
- Follow procedures for incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
- Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with healthcare team members.
