About the Unit

With 2 floors and 164 beds, we provide care for long-term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. Nurse-patient ratios vary depending on the shift and the population served. The unit includes both long-term care and rehab units, with designated floors focusing on patient specialties such as general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injuries, and cancer. Our integrated services share a common mission: to provide goal-oriented, compassionate care while helping patients live a healthy and active life to the greatest level possible.

Our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to provide opportunities for improving independence, strength, and confidence. Two main floor courtyards offer outdoor space for rest and renewal. Most patient rooms are private, featuring an attached bathroom and shower, television with cable, phone, and a large window. Each unit has a large and accessible living and dining space, and a menu-based meal service is provided.
