RN Opportunity: Hospital at Home RNs - Morning and Afternoon shifts available

About the role

The Hospital at Home program is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes. This is a flexible schedule position available in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Provide ongoing medical care and monitor patient health
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising physicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience
• Experience with home health care services preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of home health care protocols
