Responsibilities

• Provides transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.

• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care and promote patient safety initiatives.
• Assesses patient reports and records, notifying physicians and supervisors as necessary.
• Manages assigned LPN scope of practice and evaluates their performance.
• Utilizes the nursing process to develop a patient-centered care plan.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families, resolving concerns and promoting patient satisfaction.
• Manages time efficiently to meet assigned duties and responsibilities within a work shift.

Requirements

• Minimum Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 criminal background clearances.
• CPR certification.
• Current State of PA RN license or multi-state licensure through the eNLC.
• 1+ years of operating room nursing experience.
• Preferred certification in a relevant specialty.

Qualifications
