This position offers a night shift from 5 PM to 5 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, with an expectation of working every third weekend. This is a 13-week contract position.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring operational efficiency during overnight hours. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is adapting to staffing changes and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during the night shift.
  • Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Support and educate patients and families regarding health-related issues.

Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required.
