About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Women & Infants care, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU units.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
- Precept new staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
- Deliver direct patient care guided by practice standards.
- Support specialty education and promote a positive patient experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN licensure.
- Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
- Certifications: NRP, ACLS, and BLS.
- Ability to model proficiency and support clinical education.
