About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Women & Infants care, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU units.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Deliver direct patient care guided by practice standards.
• Support specialty education and promote a positive patient experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Certifications: NRP, ACLS, and BLS.
• Ability to model proficiency and support clinical education.
