Facility: Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Location: Rochelle Park, NJ Position: RN Nurse Supervisor – Cart Nurse Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Salary: $105,000 annually About The Role Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Supervisor – Cart Nurse to join our nursing leadership team. This overnight leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Partner with the DON and ADON to oversee overnight nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring adherence to job responsibilities, facility policies, and clinical standards.Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical practices.Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs throughout the shift.Address resident care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues in a timely and professional manner.Assist with facility surveys and maintain continuous readiness for regulatory inspections.Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation and required reports.Promote a safe, professional, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current, valid RN license in the State of New Jersey.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the overnight shift.Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and supporting a collaborative nursing team.
