As an RN Nurse Supervisor at Elim Wellspring, you will supervise the clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has excellent customer service skills. Position Type: Part-Time, 0.4 FTE weeknights only with availability to pick up more shifts PRN. Rotating schedule. Shifts Available: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM Wage Range: $36.41 - $40.21 /hour depending on experience Shift Differential: $5 Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371 RN Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities: Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related careManage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unitWork with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulationsNotify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessaryMonitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planningDocument and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reportsDisplay a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staffStep in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when neededPerforms other duties as assigned RN Nurse Supervisor Qualifications: Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredLong term care experience required.
