About the role

Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing health conditions across various settings. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Develops care plans within scope of practice, following protocols to ensure quality care.
• Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.
• Contributes to professional development of colleagues and provides clinical leadership.
• Supports lifelong learning and completes assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.
• Minimum licensure: RN with current nurse practitioner certification and prescription privileges.
• Skills: Computer literacy required.
