Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by diagnosing, treating, and managing health conditions across various settings. Acts as researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illnesses within scope of practice. Responsibilities Develops and implements care plans following protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, referrals, procedures, and treatments in accordance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to professional development and provides clinical leadership.Supports lifelong learning and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification and eligibility for prescriptive privileges.
