Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care across various settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of health conditions. Acts as researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive evaluations and manages illnesses within scope of practice. Responsibilities Develops care plans using protocols to ensure quality patient outcomes.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments compliant with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to peer development and provides clinical leadership.Supports lifelong learning and achieves assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literacy.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.RN licensure.
