Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative healthcare services to assess, diagnose, and manage patient health issues in various settings. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illnesses within scope of practice. Responsibilities Develops patient care plans using written protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to peer and colleague professional development.Provides clinical leadership and supports lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Master's or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literacy.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
