RN Nurse manager/ Unit Manager

About the role

Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Nurse Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and delegating and supervising the care and services provided by Licensed Nurses and Quality of Life Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed, and complete documentation as required.
• Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
• Administers direct care as necessary.
• Gives and receives shift reports.
• Rounds twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
• Aids in developing comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

• RN currently licensed in the State.
• At least 6 months nursing experience in long-term care setting preferred.

Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $75-85K based on years of experience, with an on-call rotation Monday through Friday, salaried schedule.
