RN Nurse Manager - Inpatient Acute - FT Day
About the role
This is a full-time leadership position accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and the administrative management of the inpatient nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to assigned age-specific patient populations (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics).
- Participate in related continuing education.
- Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the inpatient nursing unit and/or FTE's over 50 on a 24 hour basis.
- Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of recent clinical experience.
Qualifications
- 3 years recent RN experience in Inpatient Acute Psych.
- 2 years recent leadership experience as a Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager in Inpatient Acute Psych.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
