• Assists in maintaining a financially stable unit
• Promotes personal development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education
• Supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members
• Applies the caring processes of the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care
• Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates the plan of care
• Focuses on patient and family comforts, education, and satisfaction
• Applies educational and professional experiences in delivering quality care and mentoring/precepting staff

Qualifications

• Diploma
• Registered Nurse
• Bachelor Degree (Desired)
