RN Nights - Med/Surg

About the role

A dynamic leader in healthcare focused on innovation, collaboration, and meaningful patient impact in a community hospital setting is seeking a Night Shift RN on the Medical-Surgical Floor. This role offers a generous $25,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses/reassesses patient's condition based upon observation of patient and interview of patient and/or family, physician's diagnosis and data, diagnostic results, and relevant data from other healthcare providers
• Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients
• Care for all patients from adolescent to geriatric for medical/surgical/palliative care
• Delivers safe rehabilitation nursing interventions
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departments
• Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required

Pay

$65,000 - $95,000 per year

Schedule

• Full-Time night shift with 36 average weekly hours (7:00pm - 7:30am)
