RN Night Shift w/shift differential

Compensation

• $38.00-$45.00+ per hour
• Additional certifications/education could qualify for a higher wage

Schedule

• Full-Time
• OVN 6pm-6am
• $1.50 overnight differential

Responsibilities

Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing.

Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.

Maintains awareness of residents' conditions and coordinates care with physicians.

Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.

Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.

Requirements

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
• An active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state)
• Focus on resident care, team player
