About the role
Waverly Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center, located in Waverly, VA, is a Long Term Care facility that provides quality care to our residents. We are hiring an RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the nursing units.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing units to ensure quality care within policies and parameters defined by nursing management
- Interact with supervisory discipline to maintain care standards
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee residents' care and implement schedules per residents' needs
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Virginia (NC mentioned in posting, but facility is in VA)
- Nurse Supervisor experience preferred
- Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
