About the role
The RN Registered Nurse at Kenansville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Document resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current State License as an RNLTC/SNF
- Experience preferred
