About the role

At Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care, we’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to take the lead during our Night Shift. If you’re calm under pressure, highly organized, and committed to compassionate care, this is your opportunity to make a real impact while others sleep.

Compensation

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift staff, including CNAs and LPNs
• Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation
• Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and follow physician orders
• Communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts
• Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility policies

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience a plus
