RN NICU (Nights)

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and preserves confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards. Responsibilities: Manages labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and neonatal care in a facility with specialized suites, OR rooms, and a Level III NICU. Performs duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications Licensed RN in the state or with compact licensure, meeting all regulatory requirementsDegree from an accredited nursing programCurrent Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Key Skills: Strong clinical skills in NICU and L&D, patient coordination, confidentiality, and adherence to standards.
