RN - NICU

Seeking immediate start date for a Level III NICU with 36 beds; may float for an appropriate assignment to a pediatric unit. Must have a minimum of 2 years as a NICU RN and prior travel experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in NICU clinical procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor and document patient status in EHR with accuracy.
• Escalate safety concerns promptly.
• Administer medications and adhere to physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in care planning.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Experience with data analytics or pipelines to track outcomes is a plus.
• Availability for on-site contract role with flexible shifts as needed.

Requirements

• BSN or higher with active RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience preferred.
