Could combine. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (BSN, early graduation). Could also include other qualifications like being new grad. - Skills: maybe not explicit; but we could infer from description: critical thinking, documentation skills, communication, etc. However we should not invent. The posting mentions "develop their competence, confidence, critical thinking, and documentation skills." That's a skill development outcome, not a requirement. Could list under Skills. - Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides "no PTO allowed during program". No benefits like health insurance etc. There's mention of "Receive endless appreciation while you build a rewarding career..." but that's fluff. No concrete benefits like health, retirement. So we should not create Benefits section unless specific content. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we should not create Benefits. - Pay: Yes, Position Pay Range: $59.16-$85.68/hour. So include Pay section. - Schedule: The posting mentions shift requirements: must be willing to work periods of both day and night shifts throughout the program, must be willing to work night shift after completion. Also program dates. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with details: Program dates, shift expectations, no PTO during program. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes where. Let's draft sections:

    About the role

... description of Scripps New Graduate RN Residency Training Program, its purpose, duration, placement, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in a 40‑week residency program receiving education, coaching, and mentoring from Clinical Coach and Preceptor RNs.
    • Develop competence, confidence, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
    • Train as a collective group across various clinical units.
    • Complete required training, possibly including Dedicated Education Unit (DEU) at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
    • Be willing to work both day and night shifts throughout the program and night shift after program completion.
    • Adhere to program policies, including no paid time off (PTO) during the residency.

    Requirements

    • Current California RN License by the program start date (interim permits not accepted).
    • BLS for Health Care Provider (American Heart Association) by program start date.
    • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required for selected units by program start date.
    • Completion of an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months at date of application (or will be finished and fully licensed by program start date).
    • Six (6) months or less of RN experience at date of application.
    • Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts during the 40‑week program.
    • Willingness to work night shift after program completion.

    Qualifications

    • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • Preferred: Graduation at least 8 weeks ahead of the program start date.

    Skills

    • Critical thinking.
    • Documentation proficiency.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (implied by coaching/mentoring).
    • Ability to adapt to day and night shift rotations.
But we need to ensure we don't invent. The posting mentions "develop their competence, confidence, critical thinking, and documentation skills." That's about development, not a requirement. However we could list under Skills as "critical thinking and documentation skills" as they are mentioned as skills to be developed. That's okay. We also might include "ability to work both day and night shifts" as a skill? It's more a requirement. Could keep under Requirements. We need to avoid duplication. Pay section:

    Pay

Position pay range: $59.16–$85.68 per hour.

    Schedule section:

    Schedule

    • Program dates: January 11, 2027 – October 16, 2027.
    • Residents must be available to work both day and night shifts throughout the 40‑week program.
    • Night shift work is required after program completion.
    • No paid time off (PTO) is permitted during the residency.
    We also might include Locations & Units as a section? Not in the prescribed headings list. The headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Locations not listed;
