About the Role
A Registered Nurse (RN) - New Grad provides compassionate patient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and identify needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide age-appropriate care
- Accurately document medical information
- Maintain and revise interdisciplinary care plans
- Conduct quality improvement assessments
- Perform additional assigned tasks
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience
- Additional certifications such as ASLS
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
