RN - Neuro/Stroke/Tele - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Neuro/Stroke/Tele in a full-time night position. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Maintain current competency and contribute to professional development of peers.Integrate ethical standards, evidence-based practice, and research into nursing care.Promote safety measures and supervise staff to ensure quality patient care.Document thoroughly and timely; respond effectively to emergency situations.May float to other inpatient units as needed. Qualifications & Skills Preferably one year of staff nursing experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois Nursing license and CPR certification.Effective communication skills and leadership ability to guide staff.Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required based on unit needs.
