About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
• Support quality nursing care delivery through effective team coordination and patient assessment.
• Maintain professional standards, ensure quality patient care, and work within organizational policies to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• No prior experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience is advantageous.
• Hold a valid Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license.
• Current BCLS certification; advanced specialty certifications are a plus.
