RN - Neuro ICU, Nights

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain practice standards and oversee assigned staff to deliver optimal nursing services. Function within organizational policies to support patient health and safety. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state or holding a multistate license. BLS certification required. Preferred: hospital nursing experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification. Skills Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
