RN - Neuro ICU - Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a Neuro Vasc ICU setting. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practices, coordinate care through effective partnerships, and practice relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via rounds and documentation, support performance improvement initiatives, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, participate in data collection and protocol development, and optimize resource utilization. Qualifications: Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program, valid RN license (single or multi-state), and required certifications (BLS, ACLS). Minimum 1-5 years of direct patient care experience. Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, time management, and proficiency with clinical technology. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
