The Suites of Someren Glen is seeking a strong nurse leader with experience in rehab and skilled nursing to serve as our Neighborhood/Unit Manager. This role is a key member of the nurse leadership team, responsible for oversight, training, and mentorship of care partners throughout the community, leading with collaboration, following through on details, and being genuinely invested in the quality of care residents receive. As Neighborhood/Unit Manager, you'll guide day‑to‑day nursing operations, ensure policies and PPS/MDS compliance, coordinate scheduling and personnel management, tailor care to individual resident needs, and play a key role in selecting, training, and mentoring CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
