Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data to identify actual or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
