RN - MedSurg, PRN - Northside

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a hospital setting, with preference for prior hospital experience.
• Cook up and supervise assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications based on specialty areas, including ACLS, PALS, BLS, and others.
• Report and manage high-risk situations, especially in pediatrics and maternal health.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license in the relevant state or multistate license required.
• New graduates eligible; minimum one year hospital experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
• Able to obtain specialty certifications within specified timeframes.
