Join a fast-paced Med-Surg team providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical needs, including orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, and complex conditions. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient health.Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.Perform procedures such as IV starts, wound care, bedside procedures, and manage devices like NGTs, chest tubes, and central lines.Administer blood transfusions and provide post-op care.Collaborate with team members, including floating to different hospital units, to support patient needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; new graduates eligible.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.BLS certification required.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and hospital experience; additional certifications in specialty areas. Skills Strong clinical skills in med-surg nursing and patient assessment.Ability to perform bedside procedures and manage multiple patient needs efficiently.Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
