About the role

We are seeking experienced Med Surg Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
• BUILDING MEANINGFUL PATIENT AND FAMILY CONNECTIONS
• PROMOTING TEAMWORK
• PARTICIPATING IN PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT AND RESEARCH INITIATIVES

• RESOURCE PLANNING TO OPTIMIZE PATIENT OUTCOMES

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
• Proficiency in data entry
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred
