RN MedSurg - Full Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; advocate for patients and ensure satisfaction; document care activities; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support professional growth and mentorship; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; contribute to shared governance and organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred; strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
