The nursing process includes:

• Assessment: Collects and analyzes healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Plan: Sets measurable and achievable short and long-term goals based on assessment and collaboration with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement: Implements and/or modifies the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice. This includes care coordination, education, and discharge planning.
• Evaluate: Uses a systematic ongoing process to evaluate progress towards identified healthcare consumer goals and revises the plan of care as needed.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
