Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• One year of nursing experience

Qualifications

• Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health record (EHR) software

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $47.31 - $73.44 per hour. Additional compensation may be available.

Schedule

Full-time, 36-hour weekly, 3 twelve-hour night shifts.
