About the role

This registered nurse position in the Orthopedics department involves providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care during day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Applying the nursing process
• Demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking
• Adhering to departmental policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Being a new RN graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas
• A preference for a BSN
• Applying basic nursing skills
• Collaborating as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining healthcare CPR certification
• Specialty units may require additional training such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS
