About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and provide health education
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and support care quality improvements
• Provide clinical leadership and promote continuous learning
• Complete assigned responsibilities with integrity and compassion

Requirements

• Minimum education: RN licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative abilities
