About the role

We are searching for a talented RN in Medical Oncology. This position is 32 hours per week on the day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) at our Fairhaven Cancer Center in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oncology education, treatment, and psychosocial support to oncology patients and their families under the direction of the Manager, Patient Care.
• Actively support assigned committees, tumor boards, or other services as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent (required).
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required).
• Minimum of three years (3) Medical Surgical experience with a special interest in Oncology (preferred).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification and/or IV management skills (required).
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred or must become certified.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $42.37 – USD $77.81 per hour.

Schedule

32 hours per week, day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
