RN MED SURG TELE - House Supervisor

Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Night House Supervisor for their MED SURG TELE unit in Ganado, AZ.

About the Role

This is a contract role with on-site, shift-based supervision and high visibility responsibilities. The position requires a registered nurse with a current license to practice in the state, strong knowledge of clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements, and minimum 5 years RN experience in MED SURG TELE or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, scheduling, and workload balancing
• Monitor metrics and drive quality improvement
• Mentor and professional development of nursing staff
• Make decisions and establish supervisor/staff boundaries
• Orient with Brenna on weekends when she arrives
• Ensure coverage during Brenna's absence

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
• Team player and effective communicator
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience with patient flow, bed management, admissions, and discharges
• Excellent bedside rounds leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state
• ACNL/ENCARE or patient safety certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
