RN Med Surg - Nights - Mercy Hospital Kingfisher

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Works within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and independence in a rural setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CURRENT RN licensure in the state or via compact licensure
• Physical strength to lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and physical movements like bending and reaching
• Certifications such as BLS are required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC) may be necessary based on the unit
