Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg Night Shift position in Middleburg Heights, OH.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Med Surg experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience
• High acuity unit, mentor/charge experience required
• Straight Nights: 7P-7:30A EOW and Holiday, On Call per Unit Needs
• BLS
• Unencumbered OH RN License
• LOCAL RATE: $1944/wk

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate RN med-surg care to adult patients overnight
• Accurately monitor and document patient status and vital signs nightly
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with safety checks
• Identify and escalate clinical concerns promptly to ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in electronic health records
• Demonstrate adherence to infection control and safety protocols during night shifts
• Cook up with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely care plans
• Participate in daily huddles and shift handoffs with emphasis on metrics and outcomes
• Utilize standardized care plans and pipelines to forecast patient needs and resources
• Maintain a high level of accountability for personal performance and results
• Support professional development by pursuing learning opportunities and certifications
• Aid with discharge planning and patient education for improved outcomes
