Job Summary

This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
• Assume responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Perform assessment and analysis of patient problems and conditions, determining need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
• Implement and/or modify the plan of care using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, appropriate patient and family education, and discharge planning.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary partnerships in patient care.
• Integrate ethical provisions in nursing practice and deliver care that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate progress towards achieving desired patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days.
