We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have Job Summary, Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Education and Work Experience, Licenses/Certifications, Facility Specific License/Certifications), maybe Qualifications? We have Job Summary, Job Requirements, Essential Functions, Organizational Requirements, About Us, Pay Range, Job Schedule, Shift Length, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep substantive info. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:

Job Summary

with paragraph.

Responsibilities

with ul of essential functions? Could list bullet points from Essential Functions.

Requirements

with sub-sections? Could have Education and Work Experience, Licenses/Certifications, Facility Specific License/Certifications as ul.

Organizational Requirements

paragraph.

About Us

paragraph.

Pay

with paragraph about pay range.

Schedule

with paragraph about full time, night shift, 12 hour shift. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is given: $70.72 to $92.80. So include. Schedule: Full time, Night Shift, 12 Hours. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. Also remove E-Verify link? It's organizational requirement; we can keep mention of E-Verify but not the URL? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The E-Verify participation notice might be considered legal boilerplate? It's part of Organizational Requirements. Might keep but maybe remove URL. The line: "Adventist Health participates in E-Verify. Visit https://... for more information..." That's like a link; could be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? Might keep short sentence without URL. We'll keep "Adventist Health participates in E-Verify." and maybe drop the URL. Also "By choosing to apply, you acknowledge..." that's application instruction; remove. Also "This is a union-represented position..." keep? It's substantive about union representation. Could keep in Organizational Requirements or separate? Might keep as part of Organizational Requirements. Now craft HTML. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We'll produce something like:

Check for any duplicated content: We have BLS and ACLS duplicated in Requirements and Facility Specific; but they are separate sections; okay. We removed Job ID, Posting Date, etc. Also removed "Job Category : RN". Not needed. We removed "Hiring Department : Med/Surg Acute 3". Not needed. We removed "Assignment Category : Full-time regular". Already covered. We removed "Locals : Marysville, CA, United States". Not needed. We removed "Job Schedule : Full time" etc but we included schedule. We removed "Pay Range : The estimated base pay..." we used. We removed "Please contact our Talent Acquisition team for more information." That's application instruction; remove. We removed "By choosing to apply..." etc. We removed "Visit https://..." link. We removed "Adventist Health participates in E-Verify. Visit ..." we kept just participation sentence. We removed duplicated lines like "Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required" appears twice; we kept both but maybe we should deduplicate? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should not have duplicate identical lines. In Requirements we have BLS and ACLS listed; in Facility Specific we also have BLS and ACLS. Those are duplicates. We should keep only one occurrence. Since Facility Specific is a separate heading, maybe we keep only under Facility Specific and remove from Requirements? But Requirements also had BLS and ACLS as part of Licenses/Certifications. Actually the posting listed BLS and ACLS under Licenses/Certifications and again under Facility Specific License/Certifications. To avoid duplication, we can keep only one instance. Perhaps keep under Facility Specific and remove from Licenses/Certifications. However the Licenses/Certifications section also had many other certs; we can keep BLS/ACLS there but
