Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily patient care with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure effective use of available resources while maintaining established standards of care and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
- Justify and document variations in care based on patients' individual needs.
- Assist with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.
