About the role

The registered nurse in the Med Surg department works the night shift from 1830 to 0700, providing safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care by utilizing the nursing process and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Being a new RN graduate or in good standing, licensed in Arkansas, with a preference for a BSN.
• Applying basic skills consistent with the standard of care and participating as a full team member.

Skills

• CPR certification is required, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS provided as needed.
• Specialty units may require further education.

Pay

This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly and emphasizes adherence to policies and continuous professional development.
