Compensation range: $55.93 - $79.75 per hour, based on applicable experience.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with Enloe Medical Center’s standards, policies, and practices. Key duties include:

• Prioritizing and coordinating patient needs
• Collaborating with the patient care team to deliver care aligned with the medical plan

Requirements

• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Current CPR recognition
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (within 1 month of hire; department tracks)
• One year of acute nursing experience (desired)

Skills & Abilities

• Technical competence and professional clinical judgment
• Strong communication skills and sensitivity for patients and families in crisis
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
