RN - Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations on-site, ensuring patient care standards and safety.
• Manage patient throughput and care pipelines to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements in daily operations.
• Mentor team members to improve clinical skills and performance.
• Monitor and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Cook up coordination with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans aligned with patient needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated clinical issues and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives and profitability through quality care.
• Maintain on-site presence to ensure visibility of work activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license with current clinical practice eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing with 2+ years in leadership or management.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations and patient throughput targets.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent clinical judgment for escalated issues and risk management.
• Experience mentoring staff and developing evidence-based care plans.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Comfort with on-site presence and visibility of work activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles.
• Current active registered nurse license.
